Captain Steven Carroll

USCG 100 ton Master Mariner

Steve is a native of Maine where his lifelong love affair with the Sea began. His sailing career began with his Grandpa on the “Marjean” a 22 ft plywood sloop at age 7, to running his own 50 ft St. Francis Catamaran, “Paradigm Shift” today. He ran commercial fishing boats in the Gulf of Maine for a decade, sailed the US Eastern Seaboard from Bar Harbor to the Florida Keys then on to the Caribbean from the Bahamas to Cuba through the Leeward and Windward Islands to Grenada. Capt. Steve brings a deep knowledge of the ocean, her sea life and the most importantly the weather which can make all the difference between a harrowing and wonderful experience. Steve & Bonnie have spent the last ten years exploring every corner and hidden cove in the Spanish, British and US Virgin Islands and are eager to share their secrets!

Bonnie Carroll, Chef/Captain

USCG 100 ton Master Mariner

Originally a farm girl from Western PA, Bonnie has developed a convert's zeal for ocean sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Bonnie holds Advanced Open Water PADI dive certifications. Her early career included waitressing and eventually managing several fine dining restaurants in Pittsburgh, where she worked under several renowned chefs developing her own gourmet style of cooking. She presents a very eclectic menu from down home "comfort food" like fresh baked sourdough bread and chocolate chip cookies to organic free range beef tenderloin, fresh fried snapper to Fettuccini Alfredo. She uses all natural, non-processed ingredients and is as concerned about making healthy food choices as she is about over-the-top quality and taste.

Bonnie loves sharing her passion for the sea with others, and will gladly teach beginners how to snorkel, kayak and paddle board.
